Abstract

The importance of the research lies in studying the most important bio kinematic variables affecting the achievement of the weight throw effectiveness and trying to know the percentage of contribution of each bio kinematic variable in terms of the achievement of the weight throw for advanced players, as there is no study to the best of the researchers' knowledge that has dealt with the bio kinematic variables and tried to know the percentages of their contribution in terms of the achievement of the weight throw effectiveness. The research aims to identify the most important bio kinematic variables for advanced players in the weight throw effectiveness, and to identify the percentage of contribution of some bio kinematic variables in terms of the achievement of the weight throw effectiveness for advanced players. The researchers used the descriptive approach with the survey method on advanced players in weight throw, numbering (13) players, and (8) were selected Bio kinematic variables in addition to achieving the weight throwing effectiveness, after processing and interpreting the data, the following important conclusions were reached:

1-It was found that there is a contribution percentage for the variable (height of the hip point in the ready stance) as a bio kinematic indicator with achieving the weight throwing effectiveness for advanced players by (1.6%).

2- It was found that there is a contribution percentage for the variables (height of the hip point in the ready stance and the angle of the trunk in the ready stance) as a bio kinematic indicator with achieving the weight throwing effectiveness for advanced players by (1.7%).

3-It was found that there is a contribution percentage for the variables (height of the hip point in the ready stance and the angle of the trunk in the ready stance and the total rotation time) as a bio kinematic indicator with achieving the weight throwing effectiveness for advanced players by (1.7%).
