Sports training fundamentally relies on training athletes in various exercises, whether physical, skill-based, tactical, or psychological. This training is conducted through organized, planned, and scientifically regulated methods by coaches, experts, specialists, and academics in the field of football. The goal is for players to achieve adaptation by the end of the training stages and subsequently reach peak athletic form, which positively reflects in achieving the best accomplishments by reaching the "top" during participation in local or international tournaments and competitions. Football is considered one of the most important team sports and games, as it is the most practiced, popular, and aesthetically appreciated sport in many developed and developing countries across different age groups. The aim of this research is to identify the effect of the proposed exercises on developing explosive strength and shooting accuracy from outside the penalty area in football. The researcher used the experimental method with a matched-groups design. The research sample consisted of advanced category players from Al-Khornaq Sports Club and was divided into two groups, each comprising 10 players. Strength is considered one of the important physical attributes for football players due to its close relationship with other physical attributes. Moreover, strength plays a significant role in scoring goals, as developing and enhancing muscle groups through training provides the player with better impact and less effort when shooting from outside the penalty area. Hence, the importance of this study lies in assessing the players' actual capabilities regarding the study variables and in developing essential physical attributes and skills through preparing compound exercises. These exercises supply players, coaches, and specialists in the sport with data related to the training aspect, optimizing time and effort to achieve the best possible training outcomes for advanced players aiming for victory. Through field observation and continuous monitoring of the game, the researcher noticed that special exercises were not included within the training curriculum or daily training units to acquire and develop shooting strength and accuracy from different distances. Instead, most focus was placed on improving specific skill performance.
