The Effect of Station-Style Exercises on Developing Some Physical and Skill Requirements for Junior Soccer Players

The research aimed to identify the effect of specific exercises using the station method on developing some of the physical and skill requirements of junior soccer players. The experimental method with two equivalent groups was used. The research sample consisted of (28) junior soccer players, who were divided into two groups: a control group that performed the coach's exercises, and an experimental group that performed the skill exercises using the station method, prepared by the researcher. The implementation of the exercises took (8) weeks, at a rate of (3) units per week, for a total of (24) training units. The exercise time used was (30-35 minutes) for each training unit. The researcher concluded that the exercises using the station method had a positive effect on the members of the experimental group in Development of some physical and skill requirements for young soccer players.
