Talent Management and its Relationship to Job Performance in the Ministry of Youth and Sports

The study aimed to identify the correlation between talent management and its relationship to job performance of employees of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. The human field was: It was determined from all employees of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. The researcher determined the research community through a comprehensive census of the entire community of workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports for the ten directorates (300) of workers, where the researcher determined the percentage (100%) by taking the research community as a whole (300). The conclusions were: Through the preparation of two scales (talent management) consisting of (9) phrases and (job performance) which consists of (14) phrases. There is a strong personality for the academic decision-makers, directorates' directorates, as they have a high spirit of accepting the problems facing workers (employees), and the academic decision-maker, faculty members, has the ability to encourage workers to participate in conferences and scientific products of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports Directorate. Academic decision makers have sufficient functional and administrative experience to address the problems of evaluating employees in the directorate.
