Abstract

The research aimed to prepare anaerobic exercises according to the method of repetitive training for runners 100 meters freestyle as well as to identify the physical variables, and the achievement of the research sample, and also to identify the impact of exercises in some physical variables and the completion of running (100) m free between the test (pre-post) for the research sample, As for the hypothesis of the research, the researcher imposed that there are statistically significant differences between the two tests (pre-post) of the group (experimental) in some physical variables and achievement, The researcher used the experimental approach by designing the two equivalent groups with a pre- and post-test to suit the nature of the research problem, and the research community was identified as the arena and field runners for the 100-meter event in Maysan Governorate for the 2023 sports season, which numbered (6) runners who compete in the championships held by the Iraqi Athletics Federation, They were taken in full in a comprehensive inventory manner, as the researcher divided them into two groups by (3) runners for the control group (3) hostile to the experimental group and the process of distributing them in a random way, The most important conclusions of the study has concluded the researcher that the use of anaerobic exercises in the training curricula for speed events have an effective role in improving achievement, the researcher has recommended the use of anaerobic exercises according to the method of repetitive training because of the effective impact of these exercises in the development of physical abilities and then achievement.
