Abstract

The importance of the research was evident in designing a muscle strength endurance test using the devices that the wrestler trains on, including the weightlifting device - brawler, and thus we set the real measurements of the level of muscle strength endurance for trainers for the purpose of measuring it and knowing its real level for the purpose of developing it.

The objectives of the research were:

1- Design and standardization of a test to measure muscle strength endurance using a weightlifting device (brawler) for wrestlers aged (18-20) years and weighing (65-86) kg.

2-Finding levels and standards for evaluating the measurement of muscle strength endurance using the weight-pushing device - Brawler for wrestlers aged (18-20) years and weighing (65-86) kg.

The conclusion was:

1-The test designed by the researcher is able to detect the level of muscle strength endurance in freestyle wrestling aged (18-20) years and weighing (65-86) kg.

2- The research sample was distributed into four levels in ascending order (acceptable, average, good, very good).

3- The largest percentages in arm strength endurance for wrestlers were concentrated at the good level.

It was recommended:

1-Adopting the current test as a means of detecting the level of muscle strength endurance in freestyle wrestling aged (18-20) years and weighing (65-86) kg.
