Administrative control methods among the staff of the sub-sports federations of basketball in Iraq

Abstract

Identifying the level of administrative control methods from the point of view of the administrative, training and arbitration staff of the sub-sports federations of basketball in Iraq, building a scale of administrative control methods from the point of view of the administrative, training and arbitration staff of the sub-sports federations of basketball in Iraq.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in two ways, survey and correlation, for their suitability and the nature of the current study. The research community included members of the administrative, training and arbitration staffs of the Iraqi basketball sub-federations, numbering (283) members, while the research sample represented (178) members of the administrative, training and arbitration staffs of the Iraqi basketball sub-federations, the final application sample numbering (60) members, representing (21.201%). The researchers used the questionnaire to collect data and information related to the study and to build a scale of administrative control methods, following all scientific steps. The researchers concluded that the administrative, training and arbitration staffs of the Iraqi basketball sub-federations enjoy a high level of administrative control methods.
