Abstract

The research talks about the role of physical education teachers in managing psychological emotions and their impact on the personal and emotional growth of students. As for the research problem, it focuses on the challenges that these teachers face in dealing with daily tensions in the school environment. Work pressures, and interacting with students who may be unpredictable. These challenges can affect the performance of teachers and the educational environment in general. It aims to evaluate the level of emotion management among physical education teachers in secondary schools in the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Karkh II. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the use of the form as a research tool. Scientific transactions were conducted on the form. The application sample consisted of (84 schools) in order to achieve the objectives of the research. The study concluded that physical education teachers in Baghdad have a high level of emotion management, and recommended raising the level of emotion management among these teachers.
