Exclusionary discipline of students during the lesson and its link to the self-abilities of physical education teachers in classroom management

The aim of conducting this research was to identify the nature of the relationship between exclusionary discipline of students and the self-abilities possessed by physical education teachers in classroom management, after identifying the level of exclusionary discipline procedures followed by physical education teachers, as well as identifying the level of self-abilities possessed by physical education teachers in classroom management. The researcher followed a descriptive approach by using the survey method and the correlation method. The researcher identified the research community as physical education teachers in middle schools affiliated with the Baghdad Karkh Second Education Directorate the first measures the level of exclusionary discipline of students with a number of paragraphs amounting to (20) paragraphs, while the second measures the level of self-abilities among physical education teachers in classroom management with a number of paragraphs amounting to (19) paragraphs. The researcher reached a set of conclusions, including that physical education teachers practice exclusionary discipline procedures towards students at a high level during physical education lessons, and that physical education teachers in middle schools possess self-abilities in managing the classroom during the implementation of physical education lessons at a high level, in addition to the fact that the correlation between exclusionary discipline of students during physical education lessons and teachers' self-abilities in managing the classroom is a weak and insignificant relationship.
