Abstract

In order for weightlifters to achieve the achievement of the clean and jerk lift, it is necessary to develop muscle strength and integrate it with speed of performance. To achieve this, a training curriculum was prepared using electrical stimulation to determine their effect on explosive ability and speed-characterized strength.

The research aims to prepare a training curriculum using electrical stimulation to develop explosive power and speed-characterized strength of the arms for the Babel Youth Club quadrupeds, as well as to identify the effect of the training curriculum using electrical stimulation to develop explosive power and speed-characterized strength of the arms for the research sample members. The researcher reached the most important conclusions, including that the training curriculum prepared by the researcher has a positive effect in developing explosive power and speed-characterized strength and raising the level of achievement in the jerk lift, with an advantage for the training curriculum using electrical stimulation prepared by the researcher, and that electrical stimulation sessions lead to recruiting all muscle fibers to contract at once and stimulating reserve strength to work during performance to achieve achievement.
