The objectives of the research were demonstrated by preparing high-intensity training to develop offensive performance endurance and some oxygen consumption indicators for under-19 football players. In addition, it was aimed to identify the effect of high-intensity training on developing offensive performance endurance and some oxygen consumption indicators for under-19 football players. As for the research methodology, the researcher used the experimental method using the equivalent groups method (experimental group and control group) with pre- and post-tests. As for the research community and sample, the research community was defined as young football players under the age of 19 at Karbala Sports Club for the 2024-2025 season, totaling (20) players. Each group consisted of (20) players. A group of (10) players were recruited. The data were presented, analyzed, discussed, and processed statistically using the SPSS statistical package. Based on the results, the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which was the superiority of using high-intensity training over control group training in variables (offensive performance endurance, maximum oxygen consumption, heart rate, and pulmonary ventilation). The study recommended the use of training according to youth soccer training units and during the special preparation phase, given its importance in preparing players to participate in tournaments.
