The effect of pictorial modelling according to the ((4h strategy in learning some handball skills

Abstract

Pictorial models help players see the correct steps to perform the skill, which makes it easier for them to imitate and apply it correctly. Pictorial modeling is one of the effective educational strategies that play an important role in improving learning and enhancing understanding among learners. Through the researcher's work and observation, he noticed a weakness in the performance of some handball skills among learners, which created a problem for the researcher to try to find practical solutions for it by providing a complete understanding and optimal application of these skills. The aim of the research is to identify the effect of pictorial modeling according to the ((4h strategy and some handball skills. The researcher used the experimental method using the method of two equal groups. The research sample was determined, which amounted to (36) students, and the appropriate tests were determined to test the skill of handling and receiving, the speed of patting with the handball, and the accuracy of shooting from jumping The cardiac tests were conducted and visual modeling was applied for (16) educational units and post-tests. It was concluded that adopting visual modeling exercises according to the ((4h strategy works to develop some basic handball skills for learners. The researcher concluded: -
