This research aims to study the relationship between physical training and physical fitness among kindergarten children in the Third Karkh Education Directorate during the 2025-2026 academic year. The research adopted a descriptive correlational approach, with a sample of (50) children aged (5-6) years. A sports training program was implemented for (6) weeks, which included various exercises to enhance strength, balance, speed, and flexibility. The researcher used standardized physical tests to measure the level of physical fitness before and after the program. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between regular sports training and the improvement of physical fitness components in the children. It was also found that the type of sports training directly affects the targeted physical component. The study recommended integrating regular physical training programs into kindergarten curricula, training teachers to implement these activities, and creating a safe and encouraging environment for physical activity.
