Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of mental fitness and physical fitness and the relationship between them, and to achieve this goal, the researchers used the descriptive approach using the method of associative relationships on a sample of 50 first-stage students at the College of physical education and Sports Sciences / University of Urok. they used the mental fitness scale prepared by (Saheb 2016) and modified by (Mohebeddin 2019), which consists of (97) paragraphs divided into (10) Subscale, they also used the International shuttle Run test to measure physical fitness the appropriate statistical results showed that the students have mental fitness and it was also found that there is a relationship In light of the results, the researchers recommended the need to pay attention to mental fitness as it is an important and effective ability for students to help them overcome various life circumstances .
