Organizational creativity in terms of the self-concept of technical supervisors in the general directorates of education in the central and southern governorates

Abstract

The aim of the research is to predict organizational creativity through the self-concept of technical supervisors in the directorates of education in the central and southern governorates. The researcher used the descriptive approach with survey methods, correlations and predictive studies to suit the nature of the problem. The research community consisted of (6) directorates (3) directorates for governorates in the south, namely Basra, Dhi Qar and Maysan, and (3) directorates for governorates in the center, namely Wasit, Karbala and Najaf, totaling (84 technical supervisors), who represent all technical supervisors in the sports and scouting activity departments of the general directorates of education in the central and southern governorates for the academic year (2023 - 2024). The researcher concluded that there is a positive direct relationship between organizational creativity and self-concept For technical supervisors, it was recommended to use the predictive equation to predict organizational creativity and self-concept among technical supervisors in the sports and scouting activity departments.
