The effect of corrective exercises with auxiliary means on the most important biokinematic variables and the skill of the backhand stroke with top rotation in table tennis for players under 15 years old
Keywords:
Corrective exercises, backhand in table tennisAbstract
The study dealt with corrective exercises and their effect on developing the skill of the forehand stroke with top rotation in table tennis, in addition to the most important kinematic variables. The importance of the research lies in the researcher's attempt to use corrective exercises with auxiliary means, the purpose of which is to develop the players' performance because the performance of the skill of the forehand stroke with top rotation
The research aims to:
1- Prepare exercises and provide auxiliary means to know their effect on some kinematic variables of the research sample.
2-Identifying the effect of corrective exercises using auxiliary means on the backhand skill with top rotation for the research sample.
The researcher used the experimental method by designing two equivalent groups (control and experimental) to suit the nature of the problem. The researcher identified the research community, the players of Najaf Governorate in table tennis, numbering (12) players under the age of (15 years), and they were chosen by the comprehensive inventory method, which represented
The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: -
1- The corrective exercises used by the experimental group resulted in an improvement in the values of the kinematic variables studied in the post-test at a better level than the control group, which indicates the effectiveness of those exercises.
2- The improvement of the kinematic variables studied is a clear indicator of the improvement in the performance of the international and backhand strokes with top rotation.
