The effect of differential method training on some motor abilities of under-19 football players

Abstract

 The most important goals that the researchers sought was how to prepare differential method exercises, which is considered one of the correct training methods for under-19 football players, and then to know the superior effect of these exercises on the experimental and control groups, especially in the post-tests, as the method used in the research is the experimental method. In the style of two equal groups with a pre- and post-test, the researchers relied on defining the study population on young football players in the governorate who were officially registered in the lists of the Football Sub-Union. The study sample was determined randomly through a lottery, so the sample was Al-Nidal Sports Club players, and after applying all the procedures Which ensures the application of the research well. The results were presented, analyzed and discussed after statistical processing using SPSS. The researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the training used was appropriate for the research sample and brought about a tangible change in the study’s research variables. The study recommended adopting this method in the training process with the possibility of using this method with Other mental abilities and for other age groups to determine the extent to which this training method can be successful in the future.
