This research aimed to identify the effect of rhythmic exercises with resistance bands on developing explosive power and skill performance efficiency in the spiking and blocking skills of junior volleyball players. The researcher used an experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control). The research sample consisted of (14) players who were randomly divided into two groups of (7) players each. Rhythmic exercises with resistance bands were applied to the experimental group, while the control group continued with its usual training program. The results showed significant differences favoring the experimental group in the variables of explosive power, blocking frequency, and spiking skill performance. The researcher concluded that rhythmic exercises combined with resistance bands effectively contribute to developing the physical and technical abilities related to volleyball performance. She recommended incorporating this type of exercise into the training programs for junior volleyball players and conducting similar studies with different age groups and training levels.
