The study consisted of two groups (experimental and control), with 6 players in each group. The problem was evident in the weakness of the biomotor and skill capabilities of padel players. Drawing on the researcher's experience, he developed specific training sessions for tennis and squash.
The researchers used the experimental approach, which lasted for 8 weeks, with 3 training sessions per week. They designed the specific training sessions in a standardized, practical manner, based on the capabilities and potential of the experimental sample. The researchers concluded that the specific training sessions for tennis and squash had a positive impact on developing the explosive ability and smashing of padel players. The specific training helped break up the training routine by diversifying the exercises, which led to improved results for the experimental group.
