This study sought to construct the compound workouts being investigated and to assess their impact on agility, coordination, and chest passing skills in young athletes. The researcher utilized the experimental technique, implementing a single-group pre-test/post-test design. The research sample comprised players from the under-16 junior squad of Dijlah University Club. The pre- and post-test findings were presented, evaluated, and debated utilizing data processing techniques. The study determined that complex workouts positively influenced the development of agility, coordination, and chest passing abilities in players under 16, and that the incorporation of assistance gadgets in training yielded beneficial effects. The researcher advocated for several measures, primarily: the imperative of employing compound exercises to enhance agility, coordination, and chest passing abilities, as well as the requirement for utilizing assistive devices during contemporary training regimens for young athletes to cultivate offensive or defensive skills in basketball.
