Damu Journal of Sport Sciences (DJSS) aims to publish high-quality original research and review articles in all fields of sport sciences and physical education. The journal seeks to contribute to the advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge at the local, regional, and international levels.

Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process and are evaluated by specialized academic reviewers. Final acceptance for publication is granted only after authors have addressed all reviewers’ comments and required revisions.
The scientific content of each published article is the sole responsibility of the author(s) and reflects their views only, not those of the journal or its editorial board.
All submissions are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin to ensure originality and academic integrity.

Authors are fully responsible for the scientific content, opinions, and intellectual property rights of their work. The journal and its editorial board bear no legal or ethical responsibility for any violations related to third-party rights.
Publication Conditions
Manuscripts submitted to the journal must meet the following requirements:

The manuscript must be original and not previously published.

The manuscript must not be under review by another journal at the time of submission.

The research must present innovative and original contributions.

Authors are responsible for the language quality of the manuscript. The editorial board may reject manuscripts with poor language quality.

Once accepted for publication, the article may not be published elsewhere without written permission from the Editor-in-Chief.
