The Relationship of Preparation Skills to the Professional Satisfaction of Scout Leaders in the Middle Euphrates Governorates

This study aimed to determine the level of preparation and professional satisfaction among Scout leaders holding the wooden badge in the Middle Euphrates Governorates (Karbala, Babil, Najaf, Qadisiyah, and Muthanna). It also aimed to determine the relationship between preparation and professional satisfaction by constructing scales for preparation and professional satisfaction, according to the scientific steps for constructing scales. This study aimed to serve the scientific movement and to be fair to the Scouting movement, its goals, and principles. The researchers concluded:
1- The level of preparation among Scout leaders in the Middle Euphrates Governorates was at a good level.
2- The level of job satisfaction among scout leaders in the Middle Euphrates governorates was good.
3- Preparation is positively related to job satisfaction; the higher the level of preparation, the higher the level of job satisfaction.
