Enlightened leadership among student activities department managers and its relationship with organizational health

Abstract

This research aimed to adapt the Enlightened Leadership and Organizational Health questionnaires from the perspective of student activity department staff at Nineveh universities. It also sought to identify the levels of enlightened leadership and organizational health, their dimensions, and the nature of the relationship between them. Researchers employed a descriptive methodology using both survey and correlational approaches, deemed most suitable for the research. The study population consisted of student activity department staff at public and private universities in Nineveh Governorate during the 2024-2025 academic year, totaling 140 participants. The sample was selected using a census approach. The researchers used the Enlightened Leadership and Organizational Health questionnaires as the data collection instruments. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS software. Key findings indicated that the research sample exhibited high levels of enlightened leadership and organizational health, and a significant positive correlation was found between the two variables.
