Quality of teaching performance according to some variables among physical education teachers in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate

Abstract

The research aims to build a scale for the quality of teaching performance for female physical education teachers in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate and to identify the role and level of the quality of teaching performance for female physical education teachers. The research problem lies in the fact that the success of the educational process is achieved through the integration of teachers into the academic environment, and on this basis, the researcher will examine the level of the quality of teaching performance of female physical education teachers through the practical work of the teachers in their schools, whether it is good or not good, by distributing the scale to the teachers.
