Abstract

The importance of this research lies in its highlighting of a modern trend in sports training: integrating mental exercises with skill performance. This contributes to developing players with high concentration, quick decision-making, and precise motor execution. Its significance also lies in its contribution to developing kinesthetic intelligence among youth futsal players, which positively impacts their shooting and passing skills under various playing conditions. The research problem was: the lack of attention given to mental stability training may lead to a decrease in kinesthetic intelligence during performance, negatively affecting the accuracy and speed of executing basic skills, especially shooting and passing, which require high concentration and the ability to make the right decision under varying time constraints and pressures. This deficiency becomes more apparent during matches, where technical errors increase and the level of coordination between thought and motor execution decreases, despite the players possessing the necessary physical and technical abilities. The research aimed to identify the effect of mental stability exercises on developing kinesthetic intelligence during shooting and passing skills in young futsal players. The researcher used an experimental approach, and after implementing the exercises, the most important conclusions were reached: Mental stability exercises are important and fundamental from a psychological perspective for developing kinesthetic intelligence during shooting and passing skills in young futsal players. The most important recommendation was to adopt mental stability exercises, given their importance and fundamental role from a psychological perspective, to develop kinesthetic intelligence during shooting and passing skills in young futsal players.
