The appropriate climate for work and the formation of positive attitudes among individuals.
In order to carry out its missions successfully, it needs qualified leaders to work with overlapping and diverse human groups, including administrators, coaches, assistant coaches, players, and the public. It is self-evident that each of these groups includes individuals who differ in their scientific, social, economic, and moral levels, and therefore they differ in their trends, opinions, and behaviors, which creates hotspots. For disagreements or conflicts, which are one of the types of social interactions such as cooperation and coordination, which are practiced openly or implicitly in order to achieve certain goals. Therefore, conflict expresses some problems of organizational behavior that sports management faces the responsibility of treating, and thus conflict management becomes an essential part of managers’ jobs. The research problem is focused on the following two questions: What are the common methods of dealing with organizational conflict among administrative bodies in sports clubs in the Middle Euphrates region? Do the administrative and training staffs in sports clubs in the Middle Euphrates region have the effectiveness of dealing with sports organizational conflict? The organizational conflict scale was used, which includes methods of dealing with them. (Calming, confrontation, coercion, bargaining, avoidance) The researchers concluded that the confrontation method is the most used method by the administrative bodies of sports clubs, their coaches, and assistants in the Middle Euphrates region when dealing with organizational conflict.
