Organizational prowess and its relationship to scouting creativity among scouting teams participating in scouting camps for the advanced scouting stage in the center of Babylon Governorate

Abstract

It requires attention to the scouting movement to achieve the goals and integrate the social skills and academic achievement of students, to expand their information and raise the level of scouting creativity among them, so the need has become urgent to resort to organizational ingenuity in its management and search for new opportunities that help it adapt to circumstances, and from here it is necessary to emphasize the knowledge of the importance of the relationship between organizational ingenuity and scouting creativity, as we need innovators who have an open mind capable of providing new and creative solutions and transforming their negative and positive emotions into creativity through the use of effective, active and unfamiliar methods and procedures. As for the research problem through the researcher's work as a physical education teacher and a participant in scouting camps, he noted that there is a fluctuation in scouting creativity within the scouting group and because it includes the stage of the advanced scout who acquires culture through education and experience from his community through the great and direct influence in the work that Performed by the scout. Research objectives: Preparing the two scales and identifying the reality of organizational proficiency and scout creativity. And identifying the correlation between them. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational relationships, because it is the most appropriate approach to the nature of the research and its objectives. In the fourth chapter, where the research community included the scout teams participating in the scout camps for the advanced scout stage in the center of Babylon Governorate for the academic year 2023-2024, numbering (264) advanced scouts, distributed over (11) scout teams, and the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method, meaning that the research sample is the research community. The researcher concluded that the sample enjoyed organizational proficiency and the variable of scout creativity among the advanced scout in middle schools in the center of Babylon Governorate, with a direct relationship between them and benefiting from building the two scales. The idea of ​​dealing with psychological variables positively during the scout camps held for scouts is clear.
