This research aims to identify the effect of proposed rehabilitation exercises on improving balance among users of below-knee prostheses. The researcher used the experimental method with a single-group design, which includes pre- and post-test measurements, as it is suitable for the nature of the study. The rehabilitation exercises were applied to a sample of below-knee prosthesis users for a specific period of time, with balance tests conducted before and after the exercises. The exercises included activities aimed at improving static and dynamic balance, developing neuromuscular coordination, and increasing motor control efficiency during standing and walking. The results showed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests, favoring the post-test, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed rehabilitation exercises in improving balance among below-knee prosthesis users. The researcher recommends utilizing these exercises within motor rehabilitation procedures and conducting future studies on larger samples and functional variables. Other.
