The success of the training process requires the availability of necessary resources, including tools and suitable conditions for implementing the training program. These resources must be utilized through training methods. This study addresses the problem of using complex power training to reduce or eliminate bilateral deficits and thus develop leg strength. The research aims to achieve specific objectives and hypotheses, leading to results indicating that complex power training is an effective training method for developing leg strength and improving snatch lift performance. Significant correlations were found between certain strength indicators and performance levels, supporting its inclusion in weightlifting programs. The study employed an experimental methodology. Based on the results, a set of conclusions was reached, which are presented in the research. These conclusions, along with recommendations for the scientific and practical benefit of this study, are then offered.
