The effect of intensive training using the rapid phosphorus method on the maximum strength and achievement of the quartet of the national team for people with special needs.

intense training, phosphorous method, maximum strengthAbstract
The research problem was revealed in two important aspects. The first is the plateau of strength that constantly appears to lifters as a result of the repetition of this lift and the forces exerted (the weights lifted) during performance, which creates a problem of stability in the level of achievement or failure of the lift sometimes due to the sequential extension of the arms during the performance of the lift. As for the second aspect, it is the use of one of the methods. Modern training that affects the maximum strength of the muscles and involves the muscles of the upper arms, shoulders and chest, focusing on the adjacent, opposing and supporting muscles, and there must be an agreement with the team coach so that the researcher has knowledge of the exercises set by the coach so that the researcher in preparing his exercises avoids the lifters falling into overload. On the day that the coach has a high load, the researcher must reduce the training loads for the lifters. Therefore, the researcher decided that his load should be reduced by (1-2) per week, and that these exercises should not exceed three days per week. The duration of the training program prepared by the researcher is (45). One day during the special preparation period, especially since the population and sample of the research are lifters of the national team for people with special needs, taking into account the legalization of load for lifters. The objectives of the research were to prepare exercises in the style of rapid (intensive) phosphorus training for lifters for people with special needs and to identify the effect of these exercises on maximum strength and achievement, and it was imposed. Research: There is a positive effect of rapid (intensive) phosphorus training on the maximum strength and performance of quadriceps for people with special needs. Intensive training using the rapid phosphorus method was chosen after referring to scientific sources and consulting experts and specialists. Six standardized tests were chosen for the maximum strength of the arms, shoulders and chest and the achievement test, and then the researcher reached the most important conclusion. Conclusions: There is an effect on the maximum strength of the muscles participating in performance, especially the adjacent and supporting muscles, and its effect was reflected in performance.
