This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational behavior in managing school volleyball tournaments in Baghdad's education directorates. Its objective was to determine the level of administrative performance and identify strengths and weaknesses in leadership, communication, motivation, and teamwork. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, deemed most suitable for diagnosing organizational phenomena within the educational work environment. The sample included sports activity coordinators, supervisors, and members of organizing committees in the six directorates. The results showed that organizational behavior efficiency ranged from average to high, with a clear advantage in leadership and administrative motivation, and a relative weakness in organizational communication. The research findings indicated that the effectiveness of managing school tournaments is significantly influenced by leadership skills, organizational experience, and the quality of administrative communication among committee members. It recommends the development of training and development programs aimed at enhancing the organizational skills of staff in school tournament administrations, with a focus on improving internal communication and activating teamwork to achieve more effective and sustainable management.
