Abstract

Through the researcher’s field follow-up and her continuous follow-up of the arena and field lessons in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/College of Education for Girls/University of Kufa, she noticed that there is a weakness in the level of performance and the digital level in general and the effectiveness of the triple jump in particular, as there are three movements (hopscotch, then stepping, and then Then the jump constitutes a difficulty when performing, whether in the learning stages or after it. What this means is the lack of compatibility, agility and speed, in addition to the most important element, which is strength distinguished by speed. Therefore, the researchers decided to study this topic to find a solution to this problem through complex exercises using aids aimed at helping the student in Learn the artistic performance and the digital level and thus be able to perform in an easier and more appropriate way . The researchers used the experimental method in the style of the two equal experimental and control groups. The same pre- and post-tests; This is to suit the nature of the research problem on female students of the second stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / College of Education for Girls / University of Kufa for the academic year 2023/2024, who number (25) students. The researchers concluded that the use of assistive means saved effort and time for the teacher and students in training and level development. Compound exercises using an assistive device helped the experimental group outperform the control group in learning the technical performance of the triple jump for female students.
