Abstract

        Planning training programs and standardizing the components of the appropriate training load and developing it and improving training methods to achieve the ideal achievement so that it does not lead to fatigue for the purpose of identifying the effectiveness of the player's performance by analyzing and evaluating his skills and movements during the match and we can avoid errors associated with performance, and the importance of the research lies in emphasizing the use of compound training exercises (physical - skill) in the rapid strength of the legs and the accuracy of handling and to find the best methods to develop these physical and skill variables. Players who have high-level physical and skill capabilities have the ability to present their best during playing situations and match times because raising these levels has A significant impact on improving the level of performance and serving the team in general and the player himself in particular. The research problem was that the physical and skill coherence and the overlap of physical and skill indicators help to achieve ideal performance, as the physical aspect is the main pillar on which the skill aspect is based, and the coherence of the physical and skill aspect helps in organizing and accurately implementing the offensive and defensive duties of the players. Since the researcher is a football player, he decided to add some compound training of a physical and skill nature to the training curricula because this affects the effectiveness of their performance, because most youth clubs suffer from a clear decline in the level of performance due to the lack of focus on compound exercises. The objectives of the research were: preparing compound training exercises (physical - skill) and including them in the training curriculum. And identifying the effect of these exercises on the rapid strength of the legs and the accuracy of handling. The researcher used the experimental research method to suit the nature of the research problem, and by designing the two equivalent groups, through the results reached by the researcher, he concluded the following: The compound training exercises (physical - skill) that were included in the training units in the training curriculum have a positive effect on the individuals of the group sample Experimental. And the compound training exercises (physical - skill) have a positive effect in developing the rapid strength of the legs and the accuracy of the players' handling.
