2025 social values and their relationship to job performance in sports coaches from the point of view of advanced players

Abstract

The aim of the research is to build a measure of social values and identify the level of social values and job performance of sports coaches from the point of view of advanced players. the research sample included Team Sports (football-volleyball-basketball – Handball) in the province of Dhi Qar, there were 60 players, and the scale was built and applied to the sample and its data was processed using the statistical bag of Social Sciences (spss).The research results showed significant differences in the level of social values in the research sample, and this is evidence that coaches are based on social and educational foundations that contribute to achieving the planned goals and the most important conclusions it is necessary for coaches to have a high degree of their ability to function and social values in creating a basis for the process of social interaction
