This study explores the use of modern methods in teaching basketball shooting skills to second-year female students. Shooting is a fundamental and crucial skill in basketball, essential for achieving victory in matches. The researcher observed a weakness in the students' skill performance and the reliance on traditional teaching methods, highlighting the need for modern educational approaches that would increase student motivation and improve the learning process.
The researcher employed an experimental design, deemed most suitable for the nature of the problem. The sample was divided into two groups: an experimental group that used the proposed educational program and a control group that used the traditional method. The program incorporated a range of modern teaching methods, including collaborative learning, multimedia learning, immediate feedback, and progressive exercises.
