With the evolution of the Iraq Stars League and the growing interest in professional football, the market value of players has become a pivotal issue attracting the attention of clubs, agents, and fans alike. However, research into the actual determinants that shape this value remains limited. Consequently, the researcher addressed this issue by developing a scale to identify the key determinants, surveying a sample of technical and administrative staff. The study concluded that skill-related and marketing-related dimensions ranked highest as the most significant factors influencing market value, followed by physical determinants with a moderate level of impact, while psychological and social dimensions appeared to have the least influence. The results revealed a divergence in viewpoints between technical and administrative staff regarding the factors affecting market value; coaches tended to focus on players' skill and physical performance levels, whereas administrators focused more on marketing and economic aspects.
