Social Compliance and its Relationship to Self-Confidence among School Students in Babylon

The research problem emerges through the emergence of many problems in the player's life and the exacerbation of challenges and pressures and their effects on the player's scientific, professional and social life. The reason for the emergence of these problems may be due to the low level of emotional intelligence or the low level of social compliance, which prompted the researcher to study this topic in addition to what our beloved country is going through from strong events and disturbances that are sweeping the lives of our players, making us stand perplexed in front of all these problems, which may also be caused by our distancing from our authentic Arab and Islamic values and not keeping pace with them and adhering to them to face these challenges. Therefore, the researcher decided to study this topic and identify its dimensions and the extent to which handball players in the schools of education of Babylon Governorate possess a level of emotional intelligence and social compliance and what are the differences between them in this field. The research aims to:
- Measure social compliance among handball players in the schools of education of Babylon Governorate.
- Measure emotional intelligence among handball players in the schools of education of Babylon Governorate.
- Identify the relationship between social compliance and emotional intelligence of handball players in the schools of education of Babylon Governorate. The researcher came out with the most important conclusions:
- Handball players in the schools of education of Babylon Governorate enjoy a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Handball players in the schools of education of Babylon Governorate enjoy a high level of social compliance.
- There is a statistically significant relationship between the variables of emotional intelligence and social compliance of handball players in the schools of education of Babylon Governorate.
