This study aims to identify the impact of the physical education lesson plan on psychological stress and learning motivation among preparatory school students. The researcher used the experimental method as it is suitable for the nature of the research and achieves its objectives. The research population was defined as students of Al-Ta'ayush Girls' Secondary School. Therefore, the researcher selected the research sample by lottery, consisting of (30) fourth-year preparatory students from section (B) at Al-Ta'ayush Girls' Secondary School, out of a total of (60) students for the academic year (2025-2026). This research reveals the significant importance of physical education for students. It is crucial not to neglect it simply because it is considered a supplementary subject rather than a core subject, as some parents or school administrations believe. Prioritizing core subjects over physical education is essential, as it provides students with a vital outlet for their energy through beneficial activities and allows them to develop their hidden talents. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends several measures, including the necessity for physical education teachers to prioritize their lessons and make them their primary focus, rather than being distracted by secondary responsibilities such as administrative tasks or managing students during recess.
