Afterward, the researcher used the experimental method and the research sample included young players (10) for each group. The conclusions are that visual vision exercises have great importance in gymnastics and have had a significant positive impact on the development of cognitive organization and the performance of ground movements, and that visual vision exercises have an effective impact on the development of cognitive organization. For the research sample (the experimental group) through comparison at the level of the two groups.
