The importance of this research lies in its aim to link the physical and technical aspects of young football players by introducing a modern and effective training method such as kettlebell exercises into training programs. Research Problem: Based on his experience in youth football training, the researcher observed that most adopted programs still focus on traditional exercises to increase general strength, such as static weights or resistance running, without sufficient attention to exercises that mimic the nature of the game's movement and develop explosive power in a functional way that directly serves technical skill. The aim of this research was to identify the effect of kettlebell exercises on developing leg explosive power and passing and shooting skills in youth football. An experimental approach was used, and the research sample consisted of young football players. After implementing the exercises, the most important conclusions were reached: kettlebell exercises are considered an important tool for improving leg explosive power and passing and shooting skills in youth football. Therefore, the recommendation is to adopt kettlebell exercises as they are considered an important tool for improving leg explosive power and passing and shooting skills in youth football.
