The importance of this research stems from the development of interactive agility training in volleyball, a sport that demands rapid and varied movements, requiring players to move across the entire court to reach the ball. The study aimed to prepare interactive agility training for the research sample, to identify the effect of interactive agility training on developing muscular strength and accuracy in performing the skills of blocking and spiking in volleyball. The researchers used the experimental method with the control and experimental groups method with pre- and post-tests to suit the nature of the research and its objectives. The researchers used the experimental method with a single experimental group and pre- and post-testing approach, as it suited the nature and objectives of the research. The research population was selected purposively from the youth volleyball players of the Qazaniya Club. The initial population consisted of 14 players, from which 6 were excluded, leaving a final group of 8 players. The field research procedures included conducting experiments and tests, such as tests of explosive power, speed, spiking, and blocking. These exercises were implemented within the main training program and lasted 45-50 minutes, with two sessions per week for 8 weeks, totaling 18 training sessions. Based on the results obtained, the researchers concluded that interactive agility training had a statistically significant effect on developing certain muscular strengths and the accuracy of spiking and blocking skills. Furthermore, the development of explosive power, speed, and transitional speed contributed to increasing the players' abilities and improving their skills.
