Building a questionnaire on organizational citizenship behavior among members of administrative bodies in sports clubs in Kirkuk Governorate

Abstract

The research aims to build a questionnaire on organizational citizenship behavior among members of administrative bodies in sports clubs in Kirkuk Governorate. As for the research methodology and procedures, the researchers used the descriptive approach using survey and correlation methods. The research community and its samples included members of administrative bodies in sports clubs in Kirkuk Governorate. The study sample was selected, numbering (200) members, for organizational citizenship behavior, and the exploratory experiment sample numbered (20). As for the final application sample, its number was (80) members, so that the total number of the original research sample became (200) members. After completing all field and analytical procedures, the researchers reached the following conclusions and recommendations:

The results of the study revealed a high level of organizational citizenship behavior in sports clubs in Kirkuk Governorate. The researchers recommend conducting studies similar to the current study to better understand the point of view of members of administrative bodies in sports clubs in Kirkuk Governorate, which helps to compare results and experiences between institutions and sports clubs and the need for the Sports and Youth Directorates to open courses for members of administrative bodies in sports clubs to increase their sports culture with regard to leadership and voluntary behavior for organizational citizenship.
